As the Founder and CEO of Visionary Consultants FZC, based in UAE, Salinda brings unparalleled expertise in business turnarounds, operational excellence, and sustainable growth strategies.

Holding an MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of the West of Scotland, Salinda is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Accountants (FCMA), UK. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal leadership roles, including CFO for McDonald’s Asia and the Middle East & Africa business units, managing operations across 35 markets.
